Train Etiquette

I have noticed over the last few months that there is a distinct lack of basic courtesy on the trains.

I don't know why people seem to think that bringing a mountain bike, for example, onto a crowded train at 5pm is a good idea, but god love them they still have a good go at it, and even seem to have a look about them that makes you think that you are the only one that doesn't like having your crotch attacked by a giant metal object at every bump in the tracks!

THE MITTEN IS BACK!

Yes, you heard it here first, Ladies and Gentlemen. I have seen a girl wearing a very nice pair of mittens on friday, and whilst they weren't quite sewn into her coat-cuffs a-la school days, its a clear indication that we all have a heads-up of this years winter fashion. So, hot on the heels of big hair and leggings, dust-off your mittens, the 80's are back!

Finally, a word about the mighty Villa, who are getting more and more legendary by the week. We have managed to play fairly poorly the last couple of months but still pick up wins in every game. I'm not sure my heart can keep up with this, but we are now 4th, a lovely 5 points away from Arsenal, and with some good-looking games coming up, have to keep it going if we are going to get into the Champions League this year. Up the Villa!
